The OptiJect™ line includes the following products for emissions and fuel consumption reductions, as well as reduced maintenance:

OptiJect™ Port4 Fuel Management System is for four-cycle gas engines with mechanical port injection. There are currently five systems that has been operating on I-R heritage engines for nearly XX,000 hours. All inquires should be directed through the Gas Engine Group in Painted Post.

OptiJect™ 4Plus Fuel Management System - Port fuel injection for fuel injected four-cycle gas engines (e.g. KVS). No system of this type are currently installed. All inquiries should be directed through the Gas Engine Group in Painted Post.

All OptiJect™ Systems enhance the mixture of the air-fuel charge in the combustion chamber. All OptiJect™ Systems build upon the proven, patented D-R EFGI™ control technology which allows rapid power balancing of gas compression engines. A new feature that allows smooth light-load performance is available. Read paper on EFGI System. 

The following paper was presented at the October 2000 Gas Machinery Conference in Colorado Springs, Colorado and was well-received by the industry (Application of a 500 psi Fuel Management System With Advanced Control Features).
