This one-week classroom and hands-on certification program teaches principles and fundamental procedures of wire alignment. Specific requirements for successful completion include evaluation and approval of various frame and cylinder examples, and actual finished wires. A six-throw frame, a barrel and steel billet-type cylinders are used for hands-on certification. [A fabricated four-cycle gas engine cam carrier is available for additional (optional) certification for owners/operators of Ingersoll-Rand-type KVT/KVR gas engines.]
