Revamps – D-R can modify your equipment by incorporating new or remanufactured components, materials, and assemblies to accommodate changes in your current equipment operating conditions, improve your operating efficiency, and remove process bottlenecks.
Product upgrades – D-R offers innovative components as recommended upgrades that can help minimize maintenance costs and maximize reliability and availability.
Site equipment audits – We determine the existing condition of your installed unit and offer recommendations to improve operation, reliability, and efficiency.
Engineered coatings – Coatings for process equipment have historically been applied by aftermarket suppliers with extensive knowledge of coating formulation but no background in the operation of the units they are coating or the impact a coating or its application process will have on the equipment components or unit design.
Field analysis and problem-solving – We collect field data and perform an inspection of the equipment – either while it is running or during a shutdown. Operation and Maintenance (O&M) – We can provide O&M services to meet a variety of your needs that include complete compression systems along with the balance of plant facilities for all brands of your rotating equipment. O&M takes complete responsibility for plant operations and maintenance, including the appropriate performance guarantees.
